On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Fairfax County Police Association, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in the Police Association!  As you will see the Police Association provides numerous benefits to its members.  Below we have highlighted some of the programs you can take advantage of with your membership.

Legal Representation:  The Police Association's legal representation is handled by former Deputy Commonwealth Attorney for Fairfax County, . He is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for you and your family when dealing with professional and personal problems, grievances, discipline matters, workman’s compensation, civil litigation, and criminal matters.    

Association Hall:  Members are entitled to the use of the lounge, bar area, pavilion, and the gym at discounted rates or for free.

Child Safety Seats:  The Association provides a child safety seat for a member's first born child. 

Entry Fee Reimbursement:  Subject to Board approval, members are entitled to a reimbursement for entry fees, up to $50, for police/work related events.

Gun Replacement Program:  The Association will replace an officer's weapon when they are involved in a shooting that results in the confiscation of their off duty weapon.

 Merchandise Discounts:  Members are entitled to discounts on FCPA logo merchandise.

Life Insurance:  Automatic $100,000 basic life coverage, with an option to purchase additional coverage at a substantially reduced rate during open enrollment season. Insurance covers both police related and non-police related incidents.

Personal Loans:  Members are eligible for personal loans up to $1,000 interest free in times of hardship.  Please contact the Association Business for application procedure.

Training Assistance Program:  Members are entitled to up to $350 for career related training or conferences/seminars.  Please contact for the application procedure.

Yearly Scholarship:  Once a year scholarships applications are accepted and awarded to members and/or their children who are seeking assistance with college related costs. An announcement will be posted on the front page as to when applications are being accepted.

Dues:  Dues are $16.00 per pay period.  Deductions are taken directly through payroll deduction.
