The Association Hall can be rented out for parties, functions, or business meetings. There are multiple rooms that can be rented out individually or together depending the size of your function or what type of function you are planning.
Pub / Lounge
The pub has the feel of one of those small town watering holes where everyone knows everyone else. This area has a long 20′ buffet table along with another 8′ table. There are three high top tables that are perfect for holding your favorite beverage as you socialize. There are 3 flat screen televisions placed around the pub for your viewing pleasure. Four taps are available at the bar, if needed. The room has a maximum occupancy of 50 people.
The dining room is set up with twelve 60″ round tables and padded chairs. There is a sound system available for playing music along with a 72″ flat panel television capable of airing the big game. Each table can seat 8 people comfortably. The room has a maximum occupancy of 96 people.
It can also be used for parties and set up with tables and chairs as needed.
Pavilion / Outside Area
The pavilion is a nice area to have an outdoor barbecue or to just have a nice place to hang out.
To inquire about a date at the Association Hall or to schedule an appointment to see the venue please call the Business Office at (703) 278-8626. Dates cannot be held over the phone. A signed contract and security deposit (for non member rentals) are required in order to book a date.
The Association does not provide catering services at this time. If a member or a non-member would like to use an on-site caterer or catering drop-off services, the caterer must be licensed, bonded, and insured. A copy of the certificate of liability insurance must be submitted to the Business Office one week prior to your event. Renters may also bring in their own food, however, there is no access to the kitchen. Any use of the kitchen to include storing prepared foods will require hiring an event staff member ($15 an hour)
Beverage and Alcohol Regulations:
All beer must be purchased through the Association. Beer is available in ½ kegs, which serve 160 16oz. beers (a standard Solo cup). Most beers are available through our two distributors and vary in price. Please contact the Business Office for a complete listing of beers and pricing.
The Association does not purchase or provide wine for events. You may purchase wine for your event and coordinate with the Business Office to have it served by the bartender in accordance with Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control laws.

|All rentals will also include a $35/hr. fee for an on-site attendant to oversee the event.
Note: All rentals are for 5 hours. The hourly rate applies after the first 5 hours. Deposit and clean-up fees are required per the table below.
